Policies

When you are buying a piece from Mila Fine Jewelry please state if you need the piece resized and I will do it free of charge as long as the piece is able to be resized (if it's not it will be included in the item's description).

If the piece needs resized later, I charge $50 for sizing down and $80 for sizing up as I have to add some metal to make it bigger. This pricing includes a complimentary polishing and cleaning of the piece.

I highly highly recommend getting your piece of jewelry insured. I have personally lost many pieces of jewelry (nothing too expensive thankfully) and even if I hope it never happens to you, you never know.

All sales are final unless there was a mistake made on my part. Each piece is fully handmade by me and a lot of work goes into each on. I hope you understand!

If you notice damage on the piece upon arrival please contact me within 48 hours with clear pictures and I will take the piece back and repair it.

Please note that Mila Fine Jewelry is not responsible for any piece or gemstone that is lost or broken once it has left my studio. That said you are more than welcome to contact me and I will let you know if I can help with what needs repaired or replaced.

Shipping insurance can be purchased. Contact me for rates. I would highly suggest buying it as I'm not responsible for the postal service loosing a package.

CUSTOM ORDERS :

Custom pieces can take up to 12 weeks to ship. One third of the final price is required as a deposit, it is non-refundable. The deposit will be deducted from the total price on the final invoice. The rest of the invoice is due upon completion of the project prior to shipping. I will contact you when the piece is finished. Upon completion you have 5 days to pay the final invoice or the deposit and claim on the piece will be forfeited.
